Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions
Free shipping does not apply to

- Large and/or heavy items (over 50 lbs) or items requiring a freight carrier. Items over 50 lbs will be shipped and billed to you at our most economical rates.

- Liquids, Oils, Epoxy products, and hazardous materials are Exempt from Free Shipping Policy 

- We also reserve the right to withhold free shipping to any remote destination or any other location that would make it unreasonably costly for us to provide free shipping.

Examples of locations Excluded from the Free shipping offer(not limited to): are Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the three Northern Canadian Territories, and other remote areas within Canadian provinces and US states. 

P.O. Box Shipments
LINE10 Tools Inc. will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations. 

Freight Shipments
Items too large to qualify for our standard shipping rates will be shipped via freight carrier. Most items requiring freight transit have a fixed shipping cost shown at checkout. This cost is shown for those items when shopping for the item on the right side of the screen. If for some reason, your shipment will be more than this amount, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.


Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery Time
We process all orders during regular business hours (Monday - Friday during standard business hours, Eastern Standard Time). That means you can expect your order to ship within 2 to 7 business days. You will be notified of any delays or out-of-stock items.

  • Transit Time Canada and USA:  Shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
  • Transit time Internationally: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 21 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at the checkout.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on National holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery Address Accuracy
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with a postal code to ensure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. LINE10 Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Change of Delivery Address
Please note that delivery addresses can not be changed at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping Delays
Our shipments are delivered by common carriers. We use many different 3rd party couriers, such as UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post. Once your shipment is handed off to a courier, it is largely outside our control when it will be delivered. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation. 

Please note that we will make every effort to provide accurate tracking information and assist you with any problems with a courier; however, we are not responsible for any delays the courier may encounter in delivering your package.

Shipping Damage
Damaged, lost, or short shipments should be reported to us so that we can re-ship the product and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise. 

Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments by email at service@line10tools.com or by telephone at 1(855) 888-8234. 

Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Canada and USA orders arrive Duty-FREE.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments (outside of Canada or the USA) may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and LINE10 Tools Inc. encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to LINE10 Tools Inc. at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.


Warranty Returns
LINE10 Tools Inc. will honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay for the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect LINE10 Tools Inc. to process your warranty claim within seven days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item will be sent to you (if stock is available)

Cancellations are accepted any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns General Policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
